Noble Shungite is more lustrous in appearance than regular Shungite, and is even rarer than it's matte counterpart. It is silvery black and shiny, and almost looks metallic. While regular Shungite contains roughly 30% carbon, Noble Shungite contains a much higher concentration, ranging between 70-95% and a higher fullerene content.
This specimen is of Russian origin.
