Handcrafted Bilum clutch purses from the traditional weavers of Among Equals.
Weaving natural fibres, wool, plastic yarn and even unravelled knits together, artisans create exquisite Bilum bags using traditional techniques
Among Equals is a unique not-for-profit that supports skilled women weavers throughout Papua New Guinea. Every Bilum bag is a distinctive, meticulously crafted work of art. Each design reflects the artisan's rich spiritual and cultural background, as well as her personal narrative, skill, and style.
These clutch purses are fully lined with cotton drill, and are closed with a plastic zip, with a tassel or the distinctive metal 'A' logo of the brand attached to the zipper tab.
Sizes vary:
Grey maroon and neutral clutch: 260x140mm
Black orange yellow tassel clutch: 270x170mm
Cream tassel clutch: 305x175mm
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and include the total weight of items within an order.
Orders are posted Mon - Weds. Standard post to Australian addresses will arrive within 5 - 7 working days from dispatch date.
For international delivery, please allow an additional 14 days
