Tasmanian Devil

$26.99

A sweet and gentle picture book that shares the story of a Tasmanian Devil mum and her 2 imps. Living and growing in a borrowed den, we follow the 3 as they roam and hunt and play.

Tasmanian devils get their name from the howls and screeches they make in the night. Native to Tasmania, and at home in a variety of habitats from the coast to the mountains, the Tasmanian devil is the largest carnivorous marsupial, with a powerful jaw that opens to 70-80 degrees.

Sadly, Devil facial tumour disease has reduced their numbers to the point they are now considered endangered in the wild.

This picture book weaves a story about these little known, little seen creatures, and is suitable for ages 3+
