Hand painted steel seated kangaroo
Expertly crafted and hand painted by artists of the Warlukurlangu artists group, one of the longest running and most successful Aboriginal-owned art centres in Central Australia.
Each kangaroo is hand painted in acrylic in a unique design, with slight variations on each side. The roo is balanced on a 7cm diameter metal plate, adding to the feeling of motion.
These are an exceptionally lovely piece of First Nations art, celebrating the movement and elegant form of the kangaroo.
Size: approx 25cm nose to tail, 16 cm high
Material : primed steel, handpainted with acrylic.
