Their capacity is limitless, as the strong fibre woven design stretches to accommodate anything you can carry.
Each Bilum bag takes approximately eight weeks to complete, with artisans using natural fibers from local plants like the Pandanus and Tulip tree. These fibers are prepared through meticulous processes, including beating, rolling, and twisting into fine yarn. Some bags are also crafted from upcycled materials, with threads carefully spun from unraveled knitted garments.
