Kakadu plum has been described as : a stewed apple and pear aroma with cooked citrus and a floral-musk note - the perfect fruit for a jam or conserve.
Blended with cranberries, strawberries, raisins and a zingy ginger and chilli hit, this jam is just the spread you need to start your day with a kick.
Used as a relish for meats and cheese, in baking, or as a marinade, this delicious blend will become a pantry staple.
