This pure, chemical-free honey is sourced from beehives across Sydney rooftops, backyards, and community gardens—including Bondi, the Inner West, Sydney City, the North Shore, and the Northern Beaches.
Collected in small batches and cold extracted to preserve its natural enzymes and flavours, this honey is lightly filtered but never overheated or treated.
Slightly cloudy in appearance, it contains only natural ingredients—nothing added or removed. Every jar reflects the diverse blossoms of the local environment and varies slightly depending on the season and the suburbs from which it was harvested.
